But hey, what can be expected? You've got the marketing-impaired pitching some of the most stale inventory available. They might try an honest approach:

Its a good read for all in the business but more importantly for those who retain recruiters. Our pitch is only as good as the information you give us. Read her post and see the type of questions she asks candidates. You have to give your recruiter all this type of information or the best candidates are going to chew them up on the phone.
In Scotland they would say "I have a bag of shite to offer you which might smell a tad better than the one you're presently holding..."
